Hi, I’m Kirsty, the heart and soul leading the vision of Awakened Minds Collective.
My journey into Conscious Education began with a deep passion for education and a desire to create meaningful, joyful and natural learning experiences for children.
With over 16 years of experience within education as a Teacher and Deputy Principal, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and missed opportunities within traditional schooling. Whilst I loved teaching, I felt drawn to explore a different approach for my own children and myself, one that embraced freedom, creativity and our authentic connection with self, one another, our family, community and Mother Nature.
Four years ago, I stepped forward and took the leap to start my own business outside of the system, a program for homeschooling families, which was inspired by my core belief that children learn best when they are free to explore, play and follow their own curiosity.
This journey has been transformative, not only for my personal growth and fulfillment of purpose but for my children, us as a family unit and the children and families within our community. I have found myself, overcome limiting self-beliefs to become a sovereign, empowered woman, mother and leader within Conscious Education. My passion and spark has been reignited into a blazing desire to free ourselves and our children from structures that may not be of our highest good and to path the way for a more loving, connected and deeply nourishing future for us all as a collective.
Awakened Minds Collective was birthed following my deep inner calling to serve and support you and other educators like you to create your own successful, soul led offering to nurture, empower and guide children by building strong communities for families seeking an alternative education and opportunities outside of the mainstream within their community.

My Mission
My mission is to inspire and support educators and teachers to step outside or to the left of the traditional education system and birth their dream business into reality!
I am passionate about rebuilding and crafting a new way forward for our children and future generations. To guide heart led leaders who are here to create beautiful learning centres and specialised offerings and are deeply called to give life to a new educational paradigm.
I am here to lead the way for those who are ready to bravely step forward and take the leap of faith into the most authentic version of themselves and follow their soul’s desire to transform teaching and learning for children and generations to come.
